Agree with the above, it seems not to a legal obligation, but unless the place has something in its place in these days, the culture, it is desirable to have some coverage.
There are also some pages of the marriage, etc., which can play only the artists, if they have the guarantee because they do not want to be sued if something happens.
As already mentioned, it is not so expensive.
All you need is a fool, a benefit for a speaker or subject of experience to walk anybody, and it was in court for God knows how. A policy of liability is worth only for the peace of mind.
